Hi there! I'm Carrie - a hospitality and travel photographer drawn to places with character, warmth, and a sense of calm.

I spent more than 20 years photographing people before I ever thought about capturing places.

Turns out, I photograph them pretty much the same way.

I look for personality.

I notice the things that might otherwise get missed.

And I’m always thinking about the person on the other side of the

photograph and what might make them stop and look a little longer.

So yes, I photograph the whole room.

But I’m probably equally excited about the old doorknob, the stack of books someone carefully chose,

the way the light hits the kitchen in the evening, or whatever little thing made me stop on my way through.

That’s really how I work - I wander, I notice, and I capture what makes a place feel special.

Property photography, details, lifestyle, drone and video are all part of what I offer.

But more than anything, I want to help people feel something about a place before they ever get there.
